Main diff being that shares sold are only a small amount compared to the mgmt selling at DMP and KGN. Also competitive landscape is v different too. REA will turn down but for different reasons. One being housing slowdown as reasoned by G Sodhi on Sky business last week. Nine and Domain merger will ramp up expansion , Plus the market will see consolidation of smaller websites to become solid competitor. Time will tell but around 90$ its way to expensive
