Take Ramsay Healthcare for example or Macquarie's (yes I know MQG is still doing well) recent CEO departure, it seems successful CEOs like to time their exits, or at least get out of the way if it still isn't ideal. However, the fact she dumped her shares on market for $90 even before retiring says a lot. Good on her, and she is still in the business, although moving onto international pursuits now that our property bubble is deflating somewhat, no doubt along with sales volumes medium term (major impact to REA).

And yes I know she received more share for performance, but she still took hundreds of thousands off the table.
