The worse is yet to come. If the ANZ and CBA as the loudest property spruikers tell their shareholders that house prices will continue to fall (and that their previous forecast have to be downwardly adjusted...AND.... the RBA clowns who had a tightening bias weeks ago then citing property price falls as healthy and expected the least of their concern yesterday came out with a market shocking loosening bias citing property market as the primary reason that rates (already at a 50 year low of 1.5%) you know sheet is going hit the fan.
Just look at the AUD.
