Two directors have actually sold in the last week. It does ring some alarm bells, however you do need a certain amount of cash to live so don't begrudge a small % of holdings being sold.
A bit more transparency might help i.e. when Alan Joyce (Qantas CEO) sold he advised the market it was to pay a tax debt and the Domino's CEO was for divorce settlement
