It's certainly a good change for a director to have some real skin in the game .. unlike the old guard and re assuring for some other PGM shareholders/Punters. Nothing worse than directors running a public company who have no "real" skin in the game.

Doubt he will have any explaining to do .. he has purchased PGM stock at the market price at that time.

He may well have to work harder to realise a good gain on his investment, bearing in mind the CGT payable if he sells before 12 months from the date of purchase.

lots to look forward to with Platina between now and Xmas with this new and revitalised focus on improving shareholder value, unlike the last six months. It's also interesting to note that they are now interested in acquisitions (strategic no doubt) in the nearer term. Collerina could be a good target in my view, but that's not my call.
