The bloke that wrote those article sounds like the sorts of whingers who buy a bunch of investment properties levered to the hilt then rocks up at the royal commission blaming the banks for
Lending to them.
There were plenty of people asking big questions of Dick Smith even prior to the IPO. When looking at a prospectus you should look at what information isn’t included (and what this might mean) rather than all the rubbish marketing that is included.
