I've had a look back at the proxy of General Meeting on 24th Jan 2017 and found Alex's performance rights conditions: He has to convert to 5m shares before Dec 2018 if he remains as Director of the company lol. Nothing to do with real "performance"!
One would worry he would dump the shares the next day, but why didn't he convert when the share price spiked up to 34c after the BG announcement then??? I would think, apart from the Dec 2018 deadline, he would have known something big coming up soon which is most probably the OT and PEA to be announced this month, so converting to shares now would be perfect to ride the tsunami wave!!!
With this sensitive move by Alex, who sells a single shares in September would be an idiot! (Well, this does not count who really needs to sell for financial needs.)
