He ended up with a large holding of shares and options when PCL bought Bombora .
He has monetised a small part of that holding .
Ever thing is there in plain english in the two Announcements , nothing has been hidden .
It is not as if he is doing a wholesale dump of his holdings .His fully paid shares have gone up a little .
Never good to see the CEO selling shares but seems just a little bit of sensible portfolio management to me .
He is showing confidence in the drill by holding such a large number of shares .
He also seems to be a good leader of the business as can be seen by the recent gong from his peers .
How many shareholders who bought their holdings at .4 cent or less have done a bit of prudent profit taking ?
I know I have .
His average sell price .857 cent .
