His shareholding has decreased by 66 million options but increased 5 million fully paid shares.
Not being a director, I personally would keep the options as the opportunity to make money on success is huge. Cash in hand was more important (we all have to eat). The problem with options is that you can just issue more later anyway so a director would look at things differently than most regular shareholders.
