I'm offloading on Monday. Call me a troll, but this is just plain fishy. A company that believe's in its SP will buy back shares, not have their CEO + CFO + COO + CMO + CwhateverO offload a bunch of shares within 2 weeks of each other, and 3 months of the new CEO joining...
