i think sp on Monday will down, but maybe will back to over 12 soon. if we sell, when we will buy back. it looks like IF sold very well recently, the sale growth seems like better than same time last year.
i think before annual meeting, sp will increo not good, she will lose reputation, 4m is not a big deal for her future career, and she can sell slowly. i think she just want to cash 50% of her shares when the sell window opens for her. and she still hold another performance shares at least. To reduce the risk, it is a good choice to sell current 50% shares. But Bridge and other directors still hold.
anyway, 20-11-2018 sp will increase if IF sell good.
