Fund commitments - she committed to filling up her bank account - lol. I remember another CEO selling a similar value of stock, AYS mid June 2017 - said it was to meet expected tax obligations (?). Dented confidence for a couple of weeks, then it bounced back over a couple of months for whatever reasons. Lots of different case studies abound I'm sure.
