Well her base salary from A2 was just a fraction of her $8m salary at Jetstar and they made up for it with a overly generous time based share allocation. I guess when you are on such a salary for so many years you get used to spending those type of sums to suit the lifestyle you are accustomed to.
I am miffed they create these shares for themselves out of diluting the shareholding of existing shareholders. I am going to love to hear them explain going forward are they going keep creating these time based shares for themselves at our expense.
I guess Jayne is thinking well if I get all these shares just by continuing to punch my time card on a regular basis why not cash them in as I can depend on the board agreeing to sign off more from they came from. Glad they picked my home town for the AGM.....
