She has sent a message to her fellow shareholders that her cash is better out of A2M at this moment.
If she was expecting to announce sales upgrades, selling would not be on her mind.
If SAMR was on the way, selling would not be on her mind.
If she believed A2M was undervalued, selling would not be on her mind.
She did not sell a small sum, but instead ... the lot .. ~$4m. Geez, as I shareholder that must have oozed confidence ... not.
I decided to take a loss rather than hold for a lengthy time to profit. After all, buying in 2 weeks should be cheaper than today by the message that I translated today.
Think about the timing, she announces an investor presentation, sees the share price climb and then offloads the lot. If the presentation is the best news in the near term, I'd prefer being on the sidelines.
