Vague news of potential plus references to collaborations loaded with conditions, does not give any confidence to the market.
At this point it is looking like an entrepreneur playing games with his ego.
If a deal of substance is announced then the fortunes of this company may change.
In the meantime it remains just another "promotion"of a micro cap promoter using the "battery" additive as a link to billions.
