I note that CCP point to Financial Councelling Australia’s ‘Rank the Banks’ serves 2017 which included credit collection agencies for the first time. CCP came out better than its peers in this survey.
Thay also note that Wallet Wizard is considerably cheaper than Nimble, at least in the worked example I saw.
