Too many conspiracy theorists lurking around the traps for my liking. That said it does raise the issue of reviewing remuneration policy for the exec team. Shares & options are fine for companies in the start up phase. However A2 is well beyond that & Directors & execs should now be rewarded with market appropriate salaries plus a CIP component - subject to hurdle achievement.
