Director buying on a free fall SP and large investment stopped me from selling out. Skin in the game far outweighs any hype/promises in a quarterly.
Yes we are making a loss on our copper however three things to consider:
Quarterly talks of much of our all in sustaining costing being fixed therefore production improvements can reduce our production costs quickly.
Global copper warehouse stocks are declining quickly and have been for some time, this can reverse quickly however there will come an 'oh crap' moment at some point if it doesn't turn.
We only sold half our copper in the quarter.... just like the share market you only make a loss when you sell. Maybe we're saying we don't need to sell at these prices, we'll take our chances and wait - I'm ok with this.
