Jinjiang Chaoda registration filing, indicate its paid in capital is already worth $30 millions, its subsidiary. Henan Yuanlong also indicate itself to be worth at least $10 million.. (this was the figure in 2016)
$30 mil + $50 mil cash in the bank ( as confirm, by the auditor) = around $80 mil net assets for a company currently valued at $13 million by the market.
