There was around 120 million shares voted against Jiameng, back in January.

Since the stock got relisted 2 months ago. Only 27 million shares traded.

This indicate to me that people aren't exactly dumping the stock. Most people are under water with this stock anyway. Until the stock reach above 6 cents, most people will not be selling it.

If this stock was fraudulent, 120 million shares would have been dump on the first day of relisting.
