for me the lesson learnt is in relation to NDAs. I'm sure they have their place, but for such a high percentage of the business to be under the veil of NDAs makes a 'black box' effect - it seems most of BRN is in this black box, except the SHs on the outside. And yet, the top six SH are company insiders (check the top 20 list) that know what's in the NDAs, and own 60% or more of BRN. It's critical for all SH to be able to see tangible progress. Any tangible progress at all...
