Technically not true. Nigel wouldn't be able to buy on market if there was a T&C signed creating a contract around the deal. Just think about it if that what I was saying wasn't the case management could never buy as some deals can take 12-18 month before there Is an agreement.
So in this instance Nigel bought on market.... positive IMO
