My thoughts are clear to see via my previous couple of posts on each stock.
In regards to KNL, I believe you are aware that I hold a considerable $ amount invested here.
I am fortunate enough to have some very good friends in Germany and flew over there b4 putting more money into KNL via the last CR or to sell.
I was able to gather enough independent information with the help of my friends and thanks to the industries they work in to conclude that the companies looking to partner up with KNL are legit...that is all I can share and as this is an anonymous forum, everyone needs to take my post with a grain of salt.
The main thing for me is all my family and friends are all set up with the levels of exposure they are comfortable with and we will see where this goes.
I had a chance to exit on the last spike but I am interested in a much higher return that I strongly believe will come very soon.
This does not stop me however from showing management that I am not happy with the high wages/no on- market purchasing ratio by some of the directors. I know the delay is not directly their fault, however being such a tight register, some of the main holders feel we need to see acknowledgment/appreciation from Directors towards the LT holders by either, reducing their wages and we are happy for a bonus structure to be put in place which would kick in once certain milestones have been achieved, but in the meantime we are voting NO, and any holder should vote according to if they think like me, or otherwise ...
One thing holders need to understand, and I got this from talking to some, is that our Company will not go under if you vote NO
...all it will do is show the board what s'holders 'very reasonable' expectations are before the AGM...so if you still haven't cast your vote, now is the time.
