Hard to say how things will play out but the turnover of senior people over poor performance can make those remaining all get really cautious. In this case for future forecasts the geos reduce their model block tonnes and grade, the engineers reduce production rates, increase dilution and costs and the mets reduce recovery so the result is is a pessimistic plan that doesn't make money.
