and finally 3)profitability on NPAT- net profit after tax.

I'm sure if the conditions warrant it they will shut down the mine. I'm on record as saying I've seen Milan do it at Triton - post the copper price slump after the GFC. What they seem to be doing s well is buying lots of shares for cash (as opposed to their bonus shares). Maybe they're interpreting progress on stages 1, 2, & 3 before the SP takes off anticipating 3.
