With re: to comments on dilution of shares, please correct me if I'm wrong but as this is an entitlements offer, do this in fact mean shares are NOT diluted?
i.e. New shares are offered at the 'current' SP of .082, not a lower share price. Net result more shares are created and that the company has a greater capitalization. So if you take up the offer, your share are not diluted. This shouldn't automatically mean the SP drops.
Or have I got that wrong?
Over the Years they built up to over 4 Billion shares then diluted them down to less than 300 million mainly by a 15/1 consolidation. After this the number will have nearly doubled to 540 million, so it looks like we are back on the same old merry go round. Alas with no results of any substance just the same old bright future they have peddled for the last 12+ years but under a different company name and directors. The original investors were completely wiped out and now there are new ones, so let the games begin lol! So yes to keep issuing more shares to finance mainly admin and Directors fees is a form of dilution however you like to gloss it, a lot more people having a smaller bite of the same apple. All just my own opinion of course so dyor lol!
