I think you might be missing the point. The director sold more shares than he needed to exercise his options. Unlike us retail holders he has the luxury of knowing the data. He may have a blackout issue but the oppies he converted were OB's not OA's which expire next week.
TThe question therefore is if the data to be realeased is so special and groundbreaking why sell now. Why not sell next week.
I have no issue with directors taking profit....its the timing that I query.
