    Hi all, please no one jump down my throat for asking this question. I'm still learning/struggling to understand about options. My understanding is, that as the excersize price of the options is $6.00, this suggests the directors believe the current share price is undervalued, and they predict it to rise to $6.00 in the near future? Sorry, if this question sounds silly. I was confused by the announcement.
