I understand the second reason which is as per approved Omnibus incentive scheme almost 2.5 m shares. Interestingly 5.2m shares for settlement of legal proceedings. Who would receive those shares KDR lawyers, Hull or staff? Interesting...

Good to see the 5.2m are in escrow for at least 12 months so can't be sold on market until then. Can't imagine they would have given that many shares to the person's who made the tenement claim against them. Likely to be KDR lawyers who negotiated the settlement deal and maybe some to claimant...
