Just to clarify:
I believe WKT will get their funding, I mean its not like there looking for a billion dollars is it?
The resource upgrade and DFS upgrade are critical to pursue the funding, IMHO it will not be before 6 weeks post DFS upgrade.
But really what I was saying is " its not done until its done" so until its done I reserve judgement and will treat it as not done and maybe/possibly never done.
We are dealing with the stock market and as such it can be and historically has been unpredictable when most thought it was predictable.....my 2 cents
