Classic reason why I wouldn't and don't invest in a company that has a single large shareholder that controls the company by default.

Much rather be invested in a company with a rock solid group of T40s.

I hope the mum and dad investors have success in applying to the ASX to make the resolution to delist their company be a special resolution instead of an ordinary resolution, to give them a fighting chance.

I certainly will be keeping an eye out for their chairman (Neil Warburton) popping up in future in other listings and running.

Some of the markets rules certainly need to be revisited.

Why its essential your Boards interests are aligned with shareholders as a shareholder and they engage with shareholders.

Single shareholder controlling over 50% of the company and the board not owning a single share - this should have been a giant red flag and was a recipe for disaster.
