They know that. Why would he buy such small quantities every so often and often when the price hits sub 3c. Then it goes back to 3 and bam again. 100% we will see it again and price back up to 3 with a disclosure following that up. Think about it - you think these small quantities will make any significant difference to their already large holdings or make them any richer if it does increase? NO, it won’t. They’re using a tiny portion of your and I money paid to them for “excellent” work to keep us guessing. Worth it to them right.
