Well,
they were actually held on behalf of his son - who knows, maybe the lad wanted to buy a shack in Sydney.
His personal holding is over 36M shares via trusts etc.
I don't think much of it at all - seems like a reasonable transaction (although he missed out on a pretty penny....)
