    To be honest I have seen sooo many examples of "insiders" buying and selling and getting it completely wrong. Directors and CEO's are not necessarily good investors. 

    Best example - Sam White, Director of REA and industry "insider" from the real estate giant, Ray White, sold out of REA at $5 after it had a big run up from 60 cents. It's $81 today.
