If you want to sell a stock to get out.... you sell a lot more than this guy just did...
Plenty of volume and opportunity for him to have sold a lot more in my opinion, indicates to me this isn't a drop and run scenario. Most here have probably reduced their holding over time on APT to secure profits. Has anyone been in as much profit and sold only such a small percentage of your total holding? I doubt anyone lurking these forums could honestly say they wouldn't.
