dont get me wrong, i hope APT will turn out great and I can be safe to be a sharedholer as well.

It is just this high valuation and punts could cause huge lost to those individual investors.

Not long ago there were many punts about ASX BUD, IOT, future, big dream. when their founder team were selling millions of dollars of shares for "tax purpose", there were many comments about dream and long term. but have a look at their share price now.

of course BUD is no way to compare to APT, but it is always a warning sign to see management team sell millions when the company is young.
