    Directors have to sell shares too. It's never an ideal time imo. Looks like institutions were happy to pick them up and we've seen a number of substantial holder notices in the last month.

    But of course directors know best and maybe he is selling before some potential bad news. But if a number of institutions are happy to increase their position then maybe they see the recent sell-down as a good buying opportunity. I know I did and took my first parcel from 94c.

    Mining sector has been good this year with this stock the exception. NWH, ASL and MSV all had good gains so hopefully IMD is just a slow lagger and will play catch up soon
