Look I am really tired of your outbursts, also your constant use of LMAO, seems that you doing nothing else, but complain, -and unreasonably.
In any listed company's it's normal to give performance shares' for workers and managers as part of their remuneration,
Best to get used to it.
I have friends working as employees (not managerial jobs) for the likes of BHP, Quantas, Banks, etc, and they get bonus shares every year!
Like it or not, that's the way it is!
