No, during certain periods before or after market sensitive announcements directors and employees can purchase or sell shares on market.
It's good to see directors buying up though, that gives me confidence that it's not just me looking at this through rose coloured glasses.
It also indicates there isn't a known announcement coming up in the next few days that will affect the share price. This doesn't exclude a currently unknown announcement coming up though.
After seeing 2 directors buying up on market I'm happy to continue accumulating every couple of weeks as well. Looking forward to RLE being a Jewel stock in my portfolio.
