Yes it does. What concerns me is that management said they were leaving the VGI stuff behind them. That they would focus on the business. Then came the threat of legal action. That was a red rag to a bull- both the media haters and the shorter's. Now what was predicted, by Joe Aston, looks like it was on the way- another acquisition.
I am concerned. This is my biggest holding. Others are thinking the same and are selling.
