CTD acquisitions are low PE, but are poorer and poorer in quality each time. How do I know? Well each year, year after year profit margins and ROE is falling. Share counts keep rising. One miss step large acquisition and this could be all over. Management tread carefully.
There will be a multiple down rating. Maybe this needs to be closer to 20 times earnings.
