Once the top 20 ( maybe just the the top 5 ?) are done accumulating at current market rates, we'll see the Revlon and Kylie Cosmetics come out to complete the makeover. The largest holders, maybe even most of the T20, seem to be playing the long game and - if they continue to keep topping up on the market - I'm not sure there is much incentive for them to get the eyeliner out and boost the price....not just yet.
