Looks like David Wheeler just needed the extra two grand for a summer holiday booking with his wifey or something like that... just some extra cash for a summer chill & booze... or maybe a new handbag for his other half, who knows. Why else would you sell shares worth of two thousand Aussie dollars... I get it, the summers tend to be expensive and better to get somethin' out whilst you still can, without raising too many eyebrows...

Ps: I am now holding basically because I don't wanna materialize the loss + I think this has a potential upside as a shell once this firm goes bust and the thing gets re-listed in a couple of years...
