Everything they announce is "SUBJECT TO"
....and then the announcements disappear into obscurity and replaced by in time by another such claim
It would appear that they can not get the technology over the line in terms of any commercial deals.
The writing on the wall began in Feb 17 when the massive sell off began, possibly somebody aware of limited potential of the technology offloading millions upon millions at any price - virtually driving the price to its knees. This spooked any holders out and a stampede for the door began
The share price has not fired a shot since.
His big hurdle now is to demonstrate to the ASX how he is going to survive with no cash. They have asked the question and still no answer.
From quarterlies and annual reports, it appears to be a basket case ready to be recycled.
