lol believing is dangerous.

Good business relies on facts, good business model, business model that works, timeframes that work, money to last not burn, selling shares at an appropriate time (twice now), timing of when to launch business and lastly hope has nothing to do with a successful business.

So with many of these have question marks all over the place plus dodgy reporting and figures getting thrown around in each 4c. How is it possible to lose business lol.

The only thing we know about OHM is the business is chewing 4.3 mill and earning 500k lol. No proper updates are given (meaning we have no idea on the future direction that the company is taking just that we installed an OHM in a few places). Out of the blue we buy a lughting company with money we didn't have.

At the moment BUD is a business not giving up but has not achieved anything to date, all revenue is minimal after so many years (DM had started it before launching on disallowed). It's a business that is used to covering its tracks by getting involved in another business when something doesn't work and nothing has to date.

The first selling of shares wasn't for tax purposes IMO lol.

DM is probably living in a mansion with lots of money while the rest of us deserve our share as well. People forget this the guy cleaned up but hasn't achieved sheet.

Now we have a gigantic tank in LIFX that if it isn't looked after correctly will burn the company.

All i am saying is the company is already at the make or break stage for many reasons (most listed above).

If the company goes bust DM has made his cut, who has 150k to throw around like water (not most of us on here).

By the way another good book to read is the billion dollar whale, great book for readers.

So at the end of the day we will find out if DM screwed us or he didn't but he needs to prove something soon, all IMO.
