this announcement today is a disgrace, if money was needed and didn't have enough personally then it should have been handled differently.
Perhaps a loan from the company? or any other way that doesn't send this signal to market.
with LIFX coming on board I was hoping for something new. this looks like the same of what we all detested earlier in the BUD team.
