I think its early for dividends in short term. The money should be used to fund further sales and strategic acquisition to try to expand in the US. So if you're investing for dividends, I don't think ALC is the right stock for that, but if you investing for growth and capital gain, ALC is definitely one of those stocks that fits the criteria.
Also I agree that the SP is fairly priced at the moment, but the SP may go up as Mr Market may anticipate further signed contracts in the short term.
