Hi Big K, I agree with you.

Always wary of directors buying off market.

When ever I see a director buying in an “off market” trade after the companies SP has dropped significantly. ((the last CR was for ~138M shares @ $00.006 and the morning of the ann. the SP was $00.002))


I cannot help thinking......

For all anyone knows the seller could have been an very upset, irate or desperate shareholder threatening to dump 20,000,000 shares on market! So the director steps in and saves the day, becomes a hero, creates lot’s of confidence and accepts the off market trade.

What would a 20,000,000 dump have done to the SP

After the 3Y large volume lifted the sp by a substantial percentage.

Which is still cheaper than what JB paid! So why did JB pay $00.004?
