Some of the sellers are probably DRP holders. Those prices above $5 were very tempting. I am a very early holder of this stock and it is a freehold. I was tempted to sell but did not. The div return each year is above my original purchase price - I have no other stocks which have reached that magic level. I am not sure what to make of the director's purchase - hard to put a real reason to it other than he saw value at that level.
