They have confirmed previous guidance, beyond that the SP is not something the company can control, nor should they be seeking to over-engineer it, so there's not much they could offer in explanation.
It's a retail stock in a soft retail market so general sentiment is negative; the only thing that can reverse that is company-specific positive evidence. That means the SP is only going to go sideways or further south until the next results announcement: the FY results in August. At that point we find out whether guidance was accurate or if they've been fudging.
I do find it odd that companies only report half-yearly. I can't believe that executive teams aren't getting sales results on a monthly, if not weekly, basis. Why those are not released I don't know, it is surely market sensitive information; but that is a market-wide bugbear of mine, not specific to AX1.
